Half Yearly Examinations 2019-20

Please Note the following:-

  • School Timing : 7. 30a.m. – 11.10 a.m. (KG 10.45 am)
  • No Exams will be conducted either before or after the given date.
  • Fee Defaulters & Late Comers will not be allowed to sit for the exams.
  • School re-opens for second term on Monday, September 23 at 7.30 am.

Annual Report 2018-2019

Dear Respected Archbishop Ablert D’souza, honourable MP Chaudhary Babulal, reverend fathers, sisters, distinguished guests and dear parents hearty welcome to this temple of learning & it gives me immense joy to stand before you to present this annual report. “Respect for ourselves guides our morals, respect for others guides our manners”, says Lawrence Stern. We are on to the fifth year of our academic journey. Shaping sublime personalities is the dictum of our school. It leaves no stone unturned in this regard thereby contributing to the generation of respectful citizens in building a peaceful nation. We take this opportunity to express our deep sense of gratefulness to the Archbishop Albert D’souza, president of the governing body & all the members’ presbyterium of the parental body, The Roman Catholic Diocese of Agra for fulfilling the constitutional duty of imparting quality education to hundreds.

Four energetic and exemplary religious Sisters of FSAG Congregation are totally devoted to the matters this alma mater, we greatly appreciate and acknowledge their service and sacrifice. “Unity is strength …..when there is teamwork & collaboration wonderful things can be achieved.” Says Mattie Stepanek. We have a group of dedicated faculty: teaching is their passion, education is their dedication, inspiration is their duty, creativity is their qualification, commitment is their quality, nation building is their reward and collaborating with society is their opportunity. With the whole heated support of dedicated and proficient academic, administrative and auxiliary employees, a lot of initiatives have been introduced and successfully implemented in this academy. The efforts are on to equip the students to meet the changing and challenging needs of the future. Charity begins at home it should not end there, says Thomas Fuller. This maxim become an epitome, as the school could raise Rs.1,63,000/- as Kerala Flood relief fund. We thank all the generous contributors. School is for students, they are the stakeholders, their eagerness, enthusiasm, elegance and efforts, motivates the school administration to introduce novel and innovative curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.

In the interschool competitions held under the agencies of Agra archdiocesan education board and arga archdiocese social work department. The school brought laurels by securing the best participation award and prizes in many individual & group events.

Cultural Activities and competitions :

We have many cultural activities and competitions both individual and group. Individual items such as
Origami, Vegetables printing, calligraphy, drawing and coloring ., Flower arrangement, poem recitation ,speech & Essay writing both on English and Hindi, solo dance , solo singing , paper tearing and pasting , elocution , storytelling , fancy dress,etc as well as group items like Spellathon , GK quiz, Carol Singing, group dance, English Enactment, Rangoli, Tableau, collage making, etc .We have also introduced a flavor for games and sports by conducting Badminton, Kho-Kho, tug-o-war competitions, besides a day is set aside for sports competitions, most attractive of this is the cross-country race by the tiny tots. By providing a conducive and encouraging environment the students are mentored to participate in a variety of activities and competitions.

Independence Day :

Freedom in the mind faith in words and pride in our souls Independence day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and respect .


Gandhi Jayanti :

Oct 2nd Gandhi Jayanti was celebrated with great zeal and patriotism special thrust was on the theme of Swach Bharat Abhiyan


Gandhi Jayanti :

Republic day was celebrated in a meaningful way, giving a feeling of the day’s celebration in India Gate, New Delhi, we do have parade, tableaus, PT display and greatly saluting the freedom fighters and makers of constitution.


RELIGIOUS FESTIVAlS :

We do give importance to religious festivals, therefore Diwali and Janmashtami / Rakshabandan were celebrated in our school with great interest ,special prayer service were organized these days and marvelous cultural fiesta added joy to our hearts. Carols, Cribs , cake , Christmas tree and Christmas play are in the inevitable part of the Christmas. Our Manager is gracious to preside over the function. These religious festivals explained to the students in various cultural items to inculcate a feeling of respect for others faith and practices. Festival special assemblies are consistently conducted by the four houses such as Nilgiri, Niyamgiri, Udayagiri & Ananthagiri


SPECIAL IMPORTANT DAYS :

We do celebrate special day such as Manager's Day, Principal's Day , Teacher's Day ,. Annual award day and supporting staff day other than this great event of Annual-Parent Day celebration , Heavenly Patrons Day , Earth Day , Hindi Diwas , English Day, Martyrs day, Ambedkar Jayanti, constitution day, and annual sports meet.


INVESTITURE CEREMONY :

As it is rightly said that with power comes great responsibility keeping this in mind our students are given great responsibility to carry out the vision and the mission of our school faithfully. All leaders are given badges & sashes and handed over school and the house flags by the Principal to uphold the glory of the school


An Art and Craft exhibition :

School organized art, craft & Science exhibition, It displayed the talent which the children & teachers have. The beautiful paintings and art work left the spectators mesmerized. Various art works like paper pasting, clay modeling, thumb impression, stamp printing, rangoli, glass painting were on display.


INFRASTRUCTURE :

We are glad to inform you that we are steadily upgrading our infrastructure providing all requirements to have holistic education. “Rome is not made in a day” is the famous proverb, in last five years the school management investing a lot for the infrastructural and logistical development of the institute.

Uniform

The school is a minority charitable institution cannot indulge in commercial business like transportation, sale of books and sale of uniform.
  • School will not provide any kind of transportation & will not have any liability in any eventuality.
  • The prescribed Books and stationery are to be purchased from the open market. A list of books and stationery will be provided from the school.
  • The proper school uniform with a school logo is also to be purchased from the market.
